Shipping to Australia & New Zealand

Returns

1. ColorfulStyles.com offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all products sold at ColorfulStyles.com. All our products are guaranteed by the manufacturer and insured by the shipping company to arrive in perfect condition.
If for any reason you find any product unsatisfactory, please email cs@colorfulstyles.com. Indicate the merchandise you wish to return and the reason for the return. Make sure to include your order number in your email.

2.  Please keep returned merchandise in original packaging and enclose a copy of your packing slip.

3.  Please allow 14 days for us to receive and process your return merchandise.

4.  We'll refund the price of the merchandise including any taxes you were charged (excluding all applicable shipping charges) upon receiving the return. A 15% restocking fee will apply. Allow two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer an exchange policy. We suggest you follow the return policy steps above for the items you wish to exchange, and then submit a new order for your new items.


Preorders

Preorders are for items that are not yet in stock.  You may phone us or email us to place a preorder, however there is a 20% deposit.
